On your mark (99) first steps slow steps
it was a beautiful run last night. short and easy. emphasis on smiling. really just wanted to get out and run. but super conscious i want to be able to do it a couple more times this week...
in fact i laid out a program for the next 90 days... thats about the time they generally say it takes to form a habit... so im countng down from 101... 99 to go now... to go where? to forming a habit i hope.
did a few push ups and other calistenics too - not many - a pathetically small number - focus on smiling - its a start
it was a funny night - not quite drizzling - but really damp - bright sunrise which i didnt photograph - cause i was running - need an armband for my camera - seriously - cool night - everything seemed vivid and clear - something to do with running? with getting my blood flowing? or am i just whacked?
