day four

four days of running - it's a long way from 60 - id a been closing in on 75 if i hadana fucked'r up - but ther's no profit in lookin backthereanymore so that'sthe last you'll hear of that
yesterday when i ran there were still nice big snowbanks for jumping and running over but tonight they are all melted - so warm even tonihgt i coulda wore just a tshirt - soon
monday i played around a bit with the weights and tonight i wrote out the routine in a notebook and playe around soe more - did all the exercises but i just cant do much wiht left - i did do lat pull downs with both arms together with only 10 lbs on and it didnt hurt too much - beter than monday - i also did a singel handed pull - monday i coiuldnt hardly do it with the left but today i did about 20 with 10lbs on - so it is coming - cant wiat for that arm to heal so i can start working
also did som eskipping - that was hard on my arm too - i like the skipping fo' sure

so i set some goals - by april 30 - 30 push ups at a go - 5 chin ups and 5 dips - these may be low but i just want to get started and we'll see how it goes - if i reach them early than i reset earlier that's all
also hope to be doing 200 crunches a day by then - big jump but here we go

whats the rush - im booked in for a kayak trip with chris to the south coast of newfoundland in late june - want to get on the water asap - hmmmmm

so lots going on - on and when i reach those early goals - meaning my arm is healed and im working - will start with hand walking plan - that fits with getting kayak fit - im gonna need the shoulders - so here we go - yeehaw
