okay - so no one got after me which means no one reads or cares - which is fine - more for me anyway - ihave been so active lately -
yesterday was the first complete rest day in weeeeeks - been running a little - floor hockey with the fire dept at least once a week - pulled hamstring s there - ach - been working out every other day at fire hall - skipping and lifting weights - been kicking soccer ballaround with john naddour at least once a week - did a crazy 6 hour hike last saturday - weekend before hiked and skied ski hill - hope to continue with something epic every weekend - hope - will obviously not be runing every day this year - big balls for trying - will try another streak when legs feel up to it?
havent given up on hands walking - working out is goign good so you never know
today - worked out AM
just a very short jog - trying to rest and heal hammies - relaxed skip and most of warm up by pulling 10 pounds on high pulley like i was paddling both positive and negative of stroke - then this "general conditioing" workout from bens big book
then played soccer with john after work - 14 juggles between us with one bounce
6 with no bounce - we are better - iwill practice alone :)
tomorrow i would like to do slow jog - stretch not hurt hammies - stretchhhhh
