go (97) quick run keeping the countdown alive and some back-wrecking pilates
just keeping track here. the idea today was to get a run in, even if it wasnt a super long run - pushed the tempo though - abd after this morning's swim, and a whole day cleaning, im quite happy just to have run 2k
heike and i also spent a few minutes figuring out the first page of the pilates book - not sure we've got it right as heike woke up pretty rough back pain...
