wed and thursday i got the run over before work - makes for a relaxing night - today i didnt - too warm tonight in hoody and T and 2 long sleeves - sweating
feeling like 2km is nothing - which is a good feeling - compared to the week hurting self of a month ago - time to start stretching out a little distacne wise - oh yeah
