run
hard going - just get warmed up and ready to do something and the run is over - good sign - for the days ahead - thought a very profound thought on my run but it is lost - also fleshing out schedule to make the walking on my hands thing work this coming year - the first of january i will start doing By Man Alone three times a week and by then end of January I will start doing handstands against the wall - by the end of Febraury i should be doing some shoulder push ups that way - we'll see how that goes ...
