12 days

am capable of occassionally pushing the pace - left hamstring tight
trying to be patient - one slightly longer run next week ? - then just add an extra day of longer as we go along - then eventually start adding in real training days - i feel in some regards my lungs and muscles and metabloism is used to this daily go now - but my tendons etc arent - gotta keep taking it as easy as i can

not doing enough towards upper body - 2 morro another bg upper body go
