out to the ferry wharf and back - nice morning for it - overcast and a lil cool - day has since become bright and muggy

the wind always fools me - at my back running out and i dont notice it but heading home BAM it's in my face - i wonder if there is a metpahor for life in there - like you often dont know or appreciate it when you've got it good - not sure i had the energy for that monster run but the real test will be another 20k this week - everything seems go except the energy to keep up this charade
